Lovely Green Lawns
The lawns are perfect for playing football, catch, and frisbee. It's also a perfect place to get your suntan on; great for relaxation; and, when you find a shaded area, its awesome for studying.

Drinking Is Pretty Big
There are a lot of parties where drinking is the highlight, but there are also parties for people who aren't comfortable in that kind of setting.

It's Fair and Effective
It doesn't get really crazy, but if there's an assault or a bias crime then they take those offenses really seriously and try to find those who were the instigators.
