There Should Be More Meal Plan Options

Moody has decent food and selection, as does the Rat and Jazzman's. However, it would be nice if they were more flexible with meal plans: as a residential student, you are required to have a meal plan, and all meal plans cost the same, although you can select different combinations of meals at the dining hall and flex dollars. Many students, including myself, do not eat 19 meals a week at the dining hall, because we either don't eat three meals a day, prepare some of our own food, or occasionally eat off campus. I think, especially for those students living in the apartments, it is unfortunate that you are required to purchase a full meal plan when realistically you are likely going to prepare your own meals (I did when I lived in the apartments). However, besides having to pay for the full meal plan, the actual food prepared at the dining hall is decent and usually well-rounded.
