Do Not Live on Campus
If Barry University wasn't a bad enough college already, the freshman housing is complete nonsense. Dunspaugh smells vile, and there are always really loud random people towards the end of the hallway. All of the housing facilities are rundown, gross, and subpar, so it would be in your best interest to get an apartment in MIami, which is actually a good fifteen minute drive from campus, and will probably cost you a lot of money. It's completely ridiculous how small all of the rooms on campus are, nevertheless, the problem of housing is definitely one of Barry's smallest problems.

POINTLESS
Without a football team, school spirit is very low, and it is unrealistic to think that students are going to show up to basketball games. Aside from not having a football team, athletes with dreams of playing intramural sports are out of luck as well, unless they want to play flag football. I cannot believe that Barry has such a low range of available sports teams.

Miami Weather
It's usually very sunny out, but there will be days where unexpected rainstorms come out of nowhere and ruin everyones' day. There should be more sewage and more rain-friendly architecture (since there aren't many places to seek refuge from bad weather), as well as cold classrooms which make it almost impossible to dry off.
