Somewhat Diverse Very Accepting
There are people from many different countries and backgrounds. The majority of students are white but many different ethnicity's and races are represented. The campus is very accepting even if it isn't extremely diverse. No matter what religion, race or sexual orientation you are you are welcome and accepted at Union.

Fair
Union is fair. As long as you are not harming yourself or another or Union property they are not very strict. As long as you are respectful there will not be severe punishment. However if you destroy union property or are disrespectful you will be punished. We have a point system. If you reach around 10 points you will be kicked out.

Winter Term Is a Little Tough but Managable.
Winter term is a little tough because it snows a lot. However, not any more than any state in the north. As long as you bundle up and limit your time outside it is not a problem. Fall and Spring term are wonderful and gorgeous.

U is wonderful
Union has terrific professors who are so incredibly helpful. They are always willing to help you in any way possible. My grandfather died first term freshman year and they were very kind. They asked me how I was doing and accommodated me in terms of homework and tests. The community is terrific. Everyone wants to be here and it really shows. When walking around campus students smile at you and are really friendly. It has been a terrific experience and I am so glad I chose to come here
