Cost
The cost if housing on campus is rather pricey. With that price, one is better off living off campus for much better services. For example, the small rooms and nasty showers are something one does not want to live in.

Computer Labs
Nice and quiet. Definitely easy to concentrate while in the lab because of the surrounding atmosphere

Underage Nightlife
Many students go out at night, even on school nights, to get drink. Next morning comes and they are skipping class as a result of the previous night. It really is a shame.
