There Is Always Help
I'm studying mechanical engineering at Brown University under its School of Engineering, and the professors in the division are all readily available in terms of office hours. Their response to e-mails are very quick, detailed, and helpful. Professors also make time to meet with you if you ever need help. The same applies to TAs as well. Academics aren't the only things they help with; they also help you solidify your career via a wide network of connections.

The Expected College Life at Its Finest
The dorms at Brown University aren't the best, but they are exactly what I expected from a college life: an average dorm. What matters more is the people who live there, not the dorm you live in.

You Get What You Deserve
The financial aid process at Brown University is very smooth. They inform you what requirements you have to fulfill, the deadlines, and the workflow of documents you've submitted. The financial aid office is always available to contact via e-mail, phone, and by person, and they will make time to meet with you to adjust your financial aid to your needs. Their response to e-mails are very fast and detailed. You can also contest/appeal for more financial aid, and the school will adjust your aid to your advantage.
