University of Bridgeport Transportation was reviewed by Mandisa22
C-

Its Horrible. Seriously – The transportation in the city of Bridgeport is much to be desired. The buses run once every half an hour. If you aren't at the stop then you have to wait an extra 30 minutes. There are 2 buses that run near the campus. The main bus takes you to the bus station downtown where you can catch majority of the other city buses. The cost is free because all university students get bus stickers that wave the fee which is good. The rest of the journey isn't so great because they have no time schedule. Four buses go to the closest mall and also those run on a lackluster schedule. The buses stop around 11:30 on weekdays and at 10 on weekends which is horrible. The only transportation the school has is the shuttle bus which makes convenient stops along campus but stops downtown Bridgeport which is not so convenient only if you are riding the metro north. It all needs a lot of work.

University of Bridgeport Greek Life was reviewed by Mandisa22

Greeks Are Important but Don't Completely Take Over – Greek life is there just like all colleges and universities but it is on a very small scale. The University has about 3 known fraternities and 3 known sororities on campus. Not a lot at all. People know which group of Greeks certain people belong to because of the small scale. Its not that big of a deal because majority of campus is not in a frat or sorority. There are hardly any frat parties and only one frat lives off campus in a frat house. The rest live amongst everyone else. Once in a while there are probates but not often and hardly to you see any strolling along campus. It's there but its hardly recognizable.

University of Bridgeport Athletics was reviewed by Mandisa22
B

Sports Are Great but Could Be Better – The Athletics are actually one of the biggest attractions. The major sports such as softball, baseball, basketball, gymnastics, swimming and soccer are usually division 2. There is enough fan support but there could be a lot more. School spirit is usually seen at basketball games more so then other sports. The athletic facilities are top of the line with a huge soccer field being the main attraction and two gyms simultaneously used for the gymnastics and basketball teams. The pool area is also very nice for the swimming team. Overall the athletics are important but need a lot more fan support and school spirit.
