Job Posting – most students come back and join the staff. Others find jobs from our career board and receive recommendations from staff members. They also assist with your resume.

No Summer School – I was registered for classes and had them picked out for the summer term,when I was informed financial aid does not cover the summer term. I had to withdrawl from the summer term because I could not afford it. My Financial Aid has been completed for the fall semester as well as registering for my classes. I only wish I would have been given this information ahead of time. I also wish the school would have made the fees better known as opposed to posting it on blackboard which was at the time down.

No matter which program you are in, you do not feel like an outsider. In other schools that I have attended if you were a nursing major, or conservatory major you took classes in a different building. You rarely got to meet students in other fields aside from yours,which made it difficult to be diverse. At Lord Fairfax everything is in one building therefore everyone gets to enjoy luch and other activities together. We get the opportunity to learn from one another and understand each others fields. It makes the student well rounded.
