Super Safe
I feel really safe living on campus. There is security 24/7 in each building. FIT is actually the 8th safest campus in USA. Is great that you get to live in NYC without any worries.

It's Ok
On campus there is only one cafeteria, but the college is not big. The cafeteria have nice food but not a lot of variety. The best part is that you get to use some of your mean plan money on the Starbucks inside the cafeteria. Outside campus there are tons of places to eat.

Three Letters: NYC!
Nightlife is mostly for students who are 21 and older. There are a lot of 21+ clubs. But is New York City so you can find really trendy places to go with your friends at night. Lots of really nice restaurants. There are no house parties and very few 18-and-older clubs.
