Some of my beginning credits from Southern Oregon couldn't transfer, which sucked, but my primary one did(Eng 1A) so I am a happy panda. Still had to retake History and Stats though which sucked AGAIN, so I'm giving Saddleback a C
Professors could be a bit more "into it" with their students but for the most part the faculty do a good job and don't sit on their bums 24/7. Once again, room for improvement
Very nicely done, but there is room for improvement.
Better Than Most JC's. The main reason I came to Saddleback was to save money after I came home from Southern Oregon(which I loved to death). Saddleback is just a tad smaller, but I came to love the JC nonetheless. The football team is great, the faculty is decent, the environment is friendly, and the mall and food courts are close by.
Money for Another Day – Financial Aid at Saddleback is okay. Best of all, should you choose to drop your class (before the deadline) you can get a full refund which can be used to help buy classes in the future.
The PC lab at Saddleback is great and the printing system is okay cool(although you need to pay 10 cents a page). The WiFi on campus is great and it's speed is decent. I grade it an A.
Real Estate 1 – I was thinking that RE would be fun. But it was harder than I thought it would be. There's a ton of vocab involved and learning it on a screen and a monotone PC voice just isn't the same as talking with a real professor. I had to drop the online course due to that I was doing poorly in the quizzes and tests. If I had not dropped it, I probably would have gotten a C at the very best, F at the worst.
