Kind of Hipster Still
While the ratio of hipsters to science and math kids has shifted dramatically, there are still a lot of hipsterish-looking kids who are at Sarah Lawrence as a stepping stone into Brooklyn.

Academics Are Intense
You take classes in things that interest you and discuss the readings with the class, and then you do individual research, mentored one-on-one by the professor. If you're a serious student I can't think of a better system that provides a more hands on education.
