The Face of the Rock
Typical looks of girls at Slippery Rock University is average. They dress casually for class, as well as the guys. Alot of students on campus are interested in Greek life and hanging out with friends whether it's at their apartment/dorm or going to some kind of event on campus. Relationships at Slippery Rock come and go. However, I have met the guy I plan to marry at Slippery Rock University!

Going Greek Is the Way to Go!
Greek life on campus is a huge part of students lives. Students that belong to a fraternity or sorority hold pride in the organization they belong to. You will always see students on campus wearing their Greek letters with pride. Our Greek life is fun, but it doesn't get too crazy. Non-Greek students view Greek students the same as any other student. There is very little Greek housing available.

Ride the Happy Bus!
The Happy Bus is Slippery Rock University's on and off campus transportation. This is a great service for students and faculty. It is free of charge and runs from 7 am to 11 pm and even has extended hours on Friday and Saturday to make stop at local bars so there is no drunk driving. The Happy Bus is the best way to go when going to campus and back and getting anywhere else you need to get to around Slippery Rock University.
