Dining Halls Are Solid
There's a pretty decent variety, and the dining halls are fairly accommodating. As with all dining food everywhere, people can get pretty tired of it. The dining plans are pretty expensive and excessive, but people tend to steal food and dishware, so it evens out.

Weather Is Very New England
The weather is pretty crappy. It rains a lot, so you must invest in rain boots. Don't underestimate the New England winters. You will need boots and a heavy winter coat. When it's really nice, then people are outside and it's awesome. When it's the slightest bit nicer than people expected, people are a hundred times happier.

It's Good to BU
BU is awesome. The location is great. It's really close to the city, which also makes it really easy to get to all of the other colleges in the area--as near as BC or as far as Tufts. The public transportation is really cheap compared to that of other big cities. There is always something going on at BU, and if there is something that doesn't interest you, it's easy to get to other colleges, as I said previously. The food is decent. You can find any kind of person there. The classes are interesting if you nerd out like me. :)
