Mix of Looks
Guys are either the typical frat guy (meaning ones with the shorts and polos with visors or khaki pants and button up oxford shirts) or have the look of "I really don't care". Most are really nice, with a southern gentleman charm. There are PLENTY of athletes on campus so there is definite eye candy.
Girls have either the studious look or the trendy/grunge look. Plenty of sorority girls that have to dress up all the time.
In the end, looks don't say much about personality

Drinking Is Prevalent..
Drinking is an inevitable part of college life. Basically, any time fraternities throw parties, you will see alcohol or the effects of it. Students are good about keeping it under the radar. Policy enforcement is a bit lax however security guards are always out patrolling the campus to make sure no one gets hurt.
As for other drugs, all I've even heard about on campus is marijuana, but even that is scarce.

Strictness? This Is College People
Policies about drinking and social activities in the dorms are mostly regulated by RAs, who rarely try to butt in on personal goings-on.
I'm sure there are strict policies about things like drinking, but I just don't see it..

Beautiful Campus & Terrific Facilities
The campus is beautiful, which warrants a lot of outside study time. There are plenty of green space and big trees. The Bowl is the perfect place to chill or read or play frisbee. Plenty of campus activities are held there.
Also, the library has plenty of study nooks. There's also plenty of places in other buildings to find the perfect study spot.
