Computer Access on Campus
There are computers for student use throughout the campus and in almost every building with several computer labs throughout the different departments. There is also an IT Center which is where most people go to use the computer. The wireless internet connection isn't that great and has been known to falter but the internet on the school computers are always reliable.

Curriculum
I love the curriculum here at the U of R. Having no core required classes except one writing course leaves room for double majors, double minors, or even triple majors. The cluster system also ensures that students experience fields they otherwise may not have even touched. A+ in my book!

Freshman Dorms
Freshman year, definitely live on the quad. This includes buildings such as Gilbert, Hoeing, Tiernan, and a few others. The other freshman dorm, Susan B Anthony Halls, have been known to house flies and rats with the most recent rat being found in my friends room (on the 6th floor)... just saying. The bad thing is that there aren't many singles and you'll most likely be assigned to a double. Another downside is the fact that you have to stay on campus for both freshman and sophomore year unless you have a parent living in the Rochester area. But the options get better as you advance in the school system so stick it out until senior year and you'll get to the really nice Riverview apartments.^^ It's just the wait (and the state of the shared bathrooms) that's frustrating.
