Irvine Safety

Cops are known to be really strict around Irvine. On campus, there are always people walking around at night through the dorms to check for anything wrong. There are alert buttons everywhere if you feel unsafe.

Strict

First of all, parking is expensive. They also have daily checks if you have the permit to park in that spot. My friend in his first quarter got 2 parking tickets already. Other than that there are a lot of spots to park in.

Great

Before going to Irvine, I hear a lot of stories that Irvine is really boring and that college life will suck. Ever since week 0, there is always something to do. Although weekends tend to be empty since 75% of students go home, you will still find something to do if you look.
