Living on Campus
Though the cost of living is more expensive than living off campus, a students has a better distance from classes, and is able to walk to resources on campus. The atmosphere at NC State is wonderful and friendly. The central campus dorms at the best because they are closer to classes. I would stay away from the dorms that are on east or west campus just because it will take longer to walk to your classes.

The Nightlife of School
The nightlife is mostly for students who are 21 and older. Many people who have a 21st birthday at school bar hop on Hillsboro street. There are a few 18 year old clubs but 18 year olds have to drive to get to them. The school has a low tolerance of alcohol because it pushes its students to make wise decisions and reinforces the law.

Greek Life
There are parties and they invite people such as my self. A person just has to know the right people to get invited to a party. The parties do not dominate at NC State because of its low alcohol tolerance. Most of the sororities, and fraternities have a good reputation.
