Science Tends to Get Pretty Insular
I'm a science major, you tend to see the same kids in your classes, especially if you are in PRISM. It starts to feel a little too much like high school.

Took Away the Best
They are building a new student center which looks like it will be nice, though now is causing some ugly construction. They tore down the Rat to build it, which docks them a lot of points for me.

Dorms Are Not the Best but It's the Experience
I lived in the freshman dorms and while they are fairly bad, it is very much a bonding experience. You will make friends on your floor and those who also must suffer through Stanford/Hecht and the dining halls. I also lived in the UV which is very nice but very expensive.
