Available, Nice, but Expensive
Tons of housing available, lots of it nice, but the school is in a nice neighborhood so it isn't particularly cheap. Many students live off-campus junior and senior year and it's never too hard to find a place that suits your needs. If you want to stay on campus though there are a number of reasons to do so and you'll get a nice room.

Diamonds in the Rough
There is no question in my mind that it is better to be a guy at Mac; the 60-40 ratio and the lack of competition means that guys can find attractive single girls without too much trouble. Unlike high school girls or girls at some bigger schools, the girls here aren't ditzy and require a more nuanced approach. While no one is going to be blown away by the selection here and it can get tiring after awhile (we're in a city though, so just go off-campus), most people have no trouble finding people they like

Easy, Free
You can always park on one of the side streets. Most kids don't drive to class but if you do you'll never have an issue with finding somewhere to park. Freshman aren't supposed to have cars on campus but if you really want to you can park it on a side street next to campus and keep it there without any repercussions.
