Flexible and Focused on You!
brown has fantastic professors, dynamic classes, open curriculum, loving advisors and the choice to take classes S/NC (satisfactory/no credit). it's pretty rockin'. there are soo many interesting classes to take and they all vary so much! you can take a 500 person intro to Econ with 20 people sections or you can take a 6 person course in Haitian Creole! it's fantastic!

Beautiful on the Outside Works of Progress on the Inside...
Everything on campus is beautiful from the outside! Some of the buildings are newly renovated and some are in the process of being renovated... there are so places to study, a myriad of libraries and eateries, art spaces, etc. there are quite a few places to work out too.

I Have All of Providence at My Fingers!
the Brown ID also doubles as a Providence bus pass... so that's cool- no need to buy bus tickets! there's also SafeRide which is an on campus taxivan for getting from one end of campus to the other. all Brown students with a driver's license can also rent ZipCars for driving around if needed. Overall, if you need to get around campus or the city, Brown has you covered.
