Off Campus Eating
There aren't many options for staying near the campus and not eating in their own cafeterias. You have McDonalds, Chipotle, Subway, and whatever new restaurant keeps filling this storefront next to Chipotle. Chicago on the other hand has LOTS of great options for food! Evanston is also just a few train stops away and it the restaurant capitol of the region!

Chicago Weather Is Bi-Polar Butthere Are Surely 4 Seasons!
It depends what you like. Chicago has it all! Hot or warm or breezy cool summers, cold and snow and sleet and hail and rain also comes in winter or fall or as late as spring. Feel free to research this more on your own and decide if Chicago is right for you. If you'rea hot-weather resident now, consider taking the risk!
