Greek Life at NC State
Greek life has a decent reputation on campus. It seems like people who are a part of it really enjoy and those who aren't don't seem to care about it.

Buses Always Available
Because we have an engineering campus separate and somewhat far away from our normal campus there are always university sanctioned buses running and they can take you just about anywhere. On top of that, most of the popular apartment complexes have shuttles that go to and from the main campus for students. You can definitely survive NC State without a car.

Experience Opportunities Are Plenty
There are tons of ways to get experience for your major including heaps of co-op opportunities. There are always top flight companies like Wells Fargo and Wachovia that give presentations and opportunities for interviews to get internships and co-ops.

Large Variety
Even if you are staying on campus there is a huge variety with the dining halls and two separate on campus locations that have a wide variety of selection

Tickets Will Come
Don't park unless you have a permit or you will almost certainly get a ticket. If you are off campus you won't be able to drive to get to classes as spots are reserved for faculty and those who live on campus. You can drive and park on campus on weekends and after 5pm on weekdays.
