Pretty Good Housing
Housing Freshman year is all about the luck of the draw. Northeastern has some great buildings with great common rooms and hang out areas and others that are just dull and poorly patched up. Most people that I've spoken to about upperclassmen housing is that its a lot better than freshman housing (which is to be expected), even the "worst" upperclassman living arrangements are acceptable and even favorable to those that didn't get great Freshman housing.

Luck of the Draw
As far as I know there is no, one day parking area, for the most part any parking on campus is reserved for people with parking passes that they pay for or have as a benefit from working at the university. Without parking lots, it's pretty ridiculous to expect to find parking, especially not for longer than an hour.

Very Expensive School
Personally, I don't pay very much for Northeastern because my father works for the Northeastern Police Department and part of his benefits is that his children get their tuition costs waived. I do however, have friends that have take out more than $40,0000 in loans per year, but it's all a matter of choice. I'm not aware of the amount in scholarship northeastern tends to give out (probably because it doesn't really affect me), but I feel as though it is not that great.
