Georgia Tech - Rural Campus in an Urban Setting
Georgia Tech has state-of the art athletic facilities after the 1996 Olympics were held in Atlanta. Fraternity and sorority houses were also updated, the student center was renovated, and since 2000, several new buildings were added on campus like the College of Management building. The only downfall is the crowded library and transportation system, and somewhat lacking dining facilities.

So Many Different Views
There is a large range of diversity on campus - whether race, gender, or hometown.

Great Education Doesn't Come Cheap
As a Georgia resident, I qualified for the HOPE scholarship program. However, since starting college, the requirements changed and the scholarship is harder than ever to keep. The financial aid office is very kind and helpful, but the cost of attending Georgia Tech is still high. In-person appointments are much better than emailing questions - especially when it comes to study abroad or loan questions.
