So Many Asians
You would expect a school in San Francisco to be very racially diverse. That's not very true at USF. Most of this school is Asian. And they all flock together so they're everywhere.

I thought that people would be super strict at USF, but it's not as bad as you would think. As long as you don't come back to the dorm acting super belligerent then the RA's won't really care.

Transportation
Bus and cable car passes are added to your tuition so it's really nice having that. The buses are pretty easy to use and there are taxis also.

Local Atmosphere
I'm from a beach town so coming to the city is a big change. I hate it here because of how fast paced it is, but if that's what you're into then i guess it would be awesome. The city is only seven miles by seven miles but there is a lot to do here. The shopping is great in Union Square. The only thing is that since it's so fast paced, people are pretty rude.

I Hate This Place.
I've only been at USF for about a month, but I already hate it. The weather is horrid and never reaches above 65. The fog rolls in super early and makes being here even more depressing. There is not really very much school spirit. Everyone here is a total hipster and people dress up really nicely to go to class. It's a very, very, very superficial school. I would seriously advise people to not come here unless you are a hipster, enjoy city life, and can handle being really cold all the time.
