Trinity Does Not Have the Greatest Surroundings but There Are Things to Do.
Hartford is not the safest city, but it is just like anywhere else. As long as you aren't stupid you are fine. You get a free bus pass every semester which is useful in terms of getting to the mall, which is actually pretty good, or Walmart. There are lots of awesome restaurants and events happening in Hartford if you pay attention to what's happening, but there's also not a lot of incentive to leave because there are typically campus events everyday.

The Majority of Students Are Financially Well Off and White, but There Are a Number of Scholarship Programs and the Diversity Is Growing
Typical small, liberal arts college crowd. There is a preppy crowd but that does not include everyone. In terms of personalities, Trinity is very diverse; there are the preppy people, the hardcore ragers, hipster, athletes, etc. but Trinity is so small that these group aren't completely separate. It's a lot more interaction between all of these stereotypes and it's a lot more fun than high school.

Depends on What You Like. It Snows but It's Not Too Bad- They Keep the Heat up in the Dorms.
It snows but it's not awful, I'm coming from upstate New York so I appreciate the weather here. They always shovel the sidewalks and it's not too bad. It's usually up to each professor to cancel class; there aren't a lot of snow days. But most commute so they'll cancel.
