Drive Away
There are a lot of places to eat around campus. The only problem is they are not in walking distance. Anything you want, you can find on the main line--but you will need a car, which you can't have until you're a junior, or take the shuttle which isn't the most convenient always, or a taxi but they are the most expensive option which, unfortunately, many freshmen rely on. The Main Line is also sort of expensive but many places accept your Wildcard, yay!

Somewhat Popular
There are many girls on campus who sport there sorority gear, and eat dinner together in the dining halls. If you're interested in it, you have to cut your winter break a week short for rush week. There are boys in fraternities and they throw parties in their apartments and houses, so it's good to either join to avoid a cover fee, or just know someone!

Expensive
If you're a junior or a senior and have your car with you, you are set. However, for the underclassmen--everything is just out of walking distance. The mall and the main line is always a train, shuttle or taxi ride away. While the shuttle is free, the train and taxi costs can become extremely annoying and overbearing. You cannot walk ANYWHERE.

Far from Classes
Campus is broken up into three parts: South, Main and West. Freshmen live on South Campus, which a 10 minute walk to most of the buildings on main campus. There are 5 dorms and a dining hall here. Katharine & St. Monica are the best, so join a learning community in order to try and get these rooms. Stanford is the biggest and oldest. McGuire and Caughlin are all boys and all girls. Main campus has a dining hall, students center, bookstore and the majority of academic buildings. Sophomores also live on Main in the quad. West is apartments for juniors and a dining hall. Seniors live off campus.

Great
Villanova is fun. Don't believe the stereotypes. The people here are normal kids and like to have fun. You can go out if you want on weekends if you want to spend the money to get to a party or you can stay in and watch movies in the common room with people. There's tons of school spirit and people really like it here. Everyone here dresses really well, and the campus is beautiful so it's a pretty wealthy scene, however athletics are a huge part here, so you can be anyone you want to be here.
