Marquette Is Very Strict in Certain Areas

The school does not really care about underage drinking so long as you do not do it in the dorms or get attention from the police. Security will break up excessively rowdy parties, but will not penalize students. That being said, Marquette is very strict with overnight policy and will write up female students for being on male floors after a certain time and vice versa.

Marquette Encourages Public Transportation

Most students live on campus and close to classes, so there is not much of a need for public transportation, but the University gives every student a free bus pass to explore the city of Milwaukee and enjoy events across the city. The bus lines are very convent and can take you anywhere you need. Also, the LIMO service can get you anywhere on campus safely in a short time.
