Night Life
The nightlife In Columbia is give or take. Going to 5 points on the weekend can be dangerous or expensive but its mostly college students so its an ok atmosphere. For students under 21 it can be pretty dangerous with a fake id or drinking underage due to the excessive amount of police.

Best Know What Your Doing Before Hand
I was jipped on financial aid and the school has done nothing to help even though i am in the office every week to get help they dont really care on if you can afford to be here or not.

Kinda Sketchy
Columbia is the capital of Sc and the school is surrounded by the major parts of a town and if you travel a few blocks in every direction your basically in the ghetto. On campus is relitivley safe but at night it can be kind scary alone
