Graphic Design Major
My school is known for having the highest workload of any college in the United States, and my major doesn't disappoint. There are many all nighters, and the teachers give a lot of homework. What is great about the major is that it teaches many fundamentals of the newest technology, and stresses the intensive understanding of Graphic Design basics such as Typography, layout and informational hierarchy. Each Junior and Senior gets their own studio space, and jobs sand internships are readily available for those who utilize the campus network.

Skip on Campus Parties
Rhode Island School of Design student parties are usually a social event with no dancing. Brown University is nearby, and if you know a few people, you will find that there are many more house parties and frat parties (RISD has no Greek life). Students generally avoid clubs and bars.

Received Very Little Help
Although tuition is 35,000+ room and board, the school offered very little financial aid and is known to provide a very small amount of scholarships. I suggest looking online for scholarships/loans/grants to fund your education at this school.
