Weed and Booze
Take up most all of the partying on campus. Impossible to live in any dorm without smelling weed at one point or another, even in the substance free wings of the dorms.

Limited Parking
Biking and walking are much better options and less frowned upon. Especially taking classes at other schools, finding general non-visitor parking for class sucks.
