HAWC Student Center
This is really the only building on campus where students can hang out anytime of day or night. There is a convenience store in it but it's only open till 2am. The building was a tad older but it was renovated this summer, so it'll be interesting to see what it looks like. Before the only amenities it had were public computers and pool tables.

The View Is Amazing.
You can't get a better location than where Pepperdine is. It's on the hillside overlooking the ocean and it's fantastic weather year round.

The "College" Experience
You don't get a typical college experience at Pepperdine. Partying is very low-key and not mainstream. No one really dates, it's very odd. But the connections you make here are worth it.
