Off Campus Housing
Off campus houses offers students the perfect mix between living close to campus without being surrounded by people or RAs. High rental costs are balanced with trustworthy and negotiable landlords.

Diversity
There are several clubs and organizations that represent and celebrate individuals' ethnicities. Several times a month various clubs offer other students the opportunity to take part in the celebration by offering food, music, or guest speakers.

Financial Aid
A lot of my college tuition was initially covered by Financial Aid and I did not have to take out too many loans. By my junior year, however, tuition costs rose because the school had been so generous with giving out scholarships in the past. Be aware of interest rates and calculate how much money in loan debt you will owe before choosing a college.
