It's a Drinking School
West Virginia University has a rep for being a drinking college. It is evident that we are if you are around the football stadium on a gameday or on High Street almost any given night of the week. Poliece officers will stop people if they are being too beligerent. As far as drugs go they are around, it usually just depends on the people you surround yourself with. Marijuana is more than likely the second runner to alcohol on campus.

Needs Improving
Parking on campus can be a bit stressful. You need to request a permit parking spot about six months in advanced and they cost a pretty penny. The parking spots that you pay for on an hourly basis fill quickly. If you dont get there before 9am your chances of getting a spot are slim to none. Parking off campus is limited as well and is often costly.

Wouldn't Have Wanted to Go Anywhere Else
I absolutely love West Virginia University, I couldn't imagine being anywhere else. I've met some of the most amazing people and the majority of people are really friendly, you just have to be willing to put yourself out there. Plus WVU's academic cirriculum is excellent. Most teachers have a firm grasp on the subjects they teach and are willing to offer any help if needed. There's tons of programs around campus to become involved in and lots of places for help with any thing. WVU really does have everything you need to prepare you for the real world while having fun doing it.
