Repeat of High School
You'll find that college doesn't change people as much as you would think. There's still the jocks, popular kids, bookworms, etc. Most people, despite this, are still helpful and considerate, but just not as mature as expected. Overall the student body is very attractive.

Better Watch Yourself
SDSU is a pretty safe campus. But this is because of the large amount of police force that patrols the campus. If you appear to be intoxicated the cops will stop you. That being said, don't party with people you can't trust because if the cops come, it's not guaranteed someone will have your back if you can't take care of yourself.

All on Your Own
The school doesn't do a very good job of letting you know where your financial aid stands. YOU have to be the one to check all the time to see if your financial aid came in, etc. Most of the time, the school is late for handing out awards so it makes for a very stressful and frustrating process
