Totally Fine Accomodations
The freshman dorms at Oberlin are not super, but upperclassmen have a better selection of off campus housing.

Everything Is College Owned
the housing itself is okay, but it is all owned by the college and you are required to live in college housing, so they over charge fr the quality of housing that they have.

Parking Is Fine
not a lot of people have cars because Oberlin is a small rural campus. so there isn't a lot of competition for parking
