Cheap for a Reason!
Rent is pretty low compared to more developed regions. But, due to the fact that the land the houses are built on is not safe to build more houses, the landlords don't put any money into the apartments. They simply repair them, but never make them better than they need to be. Due to this, the houses are falling apart. Cheap, and you get what you pay for.

Campus Is Too Small?
A car is great. A bike is better. There is no busing system because the campus is too small. A 10 minute walk is one side to the other.

Externships
The career development center has a staff of roughly 40-50 people. This is when there are only like 4000 students. The ratio is nuts. They will review your resume, and help you get externships and help apply for internships. Very helpful, very easy to get an appointment.
