They're pretty on top of harassment or robbery, but other than that they honestly could care less about under age drinking or drugs related activities, because Portland is known for that anyways.

Since its downtown, its fairly expensive for a college student's budget. But everything is right here grocery stores, parks, restaurants, mall...etc. You name it! All types of businesses are around here and transportation is fairly easy! So I guess you get what you pay for.

It always rain here and the weather is fairly unpredictable around spring time. One day it is perfectly sunny and the next it is raining hailstorms. But overall, never any severe weather that can truly stop you from enjoying your day outside.
