Not much variety, but getting better.
Every bar or club is basically the same on LI, not just around Hofstra to be fair.
The Gallery just opened up which is downstairs from Bar Social. It's got an upscale city vibe but not stuffy.
Thursdays is the best night right now because the people are not the typical drunk teenyboppers and obnoxious creepers.
The music is awesome too if you like to dance.
