Easy Transition
I lived in Collins, and aside from the fact that there are 600 girls living in the same building, it is a great place to live. I had a study room with two roommates, and had potluck roommates. That in itself was an interesting experience, but that's the chance everyone takes with potluck. Collins has it's own dining hall, so that was very convenient, in addition to being across the street from the great Common Grounds. Although I wouldn't go back to living in a dorm to save my life, it was an experience I think everyone needs to have.

Moderately Strict
Alcohol is a no-no, on campus at least. Don't get caught with it in the dorms or you will get in trouble, that's a promise. As far as off campus, I've never heard of anyone getting arrested or MIP's, the Baylor Police just tells everyone to head home and don't drink and drive.
