Profs Really Care
The profs at GAC really truly care about what it is they're teaching. The curriculum is fairly difficult, since it's a pretty elite midwest school, but the profs make sure you understand what is being taught.

The food at GAC is superb. The only problem is it does get pretty repetitive, so you need to either be willing to try non-Swedish food, or get creative. Go with the cheapest meal plan - only those in football really need the bigger ones.

Off-Campus?
GAC doesn't really like students living off-campus - even seniors need to apply to live off-campus, and even then you aren't guaranteed.
