My Stony Brook Experience
After spending one semester at SBU, I have come to the following conclusion: the diversity is amazing there although I feel it is somewhat leaning towards Asians and for the most part, it is a welcoming environment for learning.

Many Opportunities at SBU
Although I haven't taken in an internship or student teaching, I notice there are plenty of opportunities availiable, no matter what major one takes. That is mainly in part of the existence of Career Center which is a great resource every SBU student should take advantage of.
