Preppy, Attractive, Intelligent and Party Hardy.

There are very few people here that would count as less than a 6 on the attractive scale from 1-10. Most are very fit and pretty much everyone is well dressed. Preppy is definitely the style of choice for most people here, and varies from Ralph Lauren and Lilly Pulitzer to J.Crew and some Urban Outfitters. Many of the students are Greek. You can tell that Greek life is HUGE here because if someone isn't in athletic gear or dressed up, they're wearing letters. Frat parties are much more prevalent here than most people expect. Wake students study really hard, but we party just as hard.

Ehhhh. a Pain, but Necessary.

Deal is, you need a car at Wake. If you don't have one, make friends with someone who brought theirs. We have a Zipcar service on campus, but you have to have had your license for over a year to sign up. Campus is fantastic, but you'll want to go off campus every now and then.

You're really only supposed to park in certain lots, which can be a pain, but it's definitely worth bringing a car.
