The School Dominates !
Its a rural area people mostly share houses, the school helps find places for you. Its mostly what the school owns and they rent to you.

Pot Pot Pot, Beer
A ton of pot! Everyone smokes it, the school is pretty liberal though dont do it in the room...not appreciated. So its mostly marijuana but kids here like their beer and vodka thats about it. There is access to shrooms and acid, but you have to look. The main thing at WWC is pot. Everythings pot

I Think Its Free
Freshman cant have cars and the school isnt that packed with students, parking spaces are pretty good and i believe they are free.
