At Seattle University you are not a number or an asset, you are a person. To the faculty and administration you are a unique individual who has different needs and ways of learning than other students. Most of the professors hold this to be true, however there are a few who do not connect with their students and this makes learning very difficult. For the most part though the school encourages the students to succeed and gives them the tools needed to do so.

Many students at SU go to frat or house partys in the U- district, a fifteen minute busride away. there are a few house partys around and a very popular gay club, Neighbors, a few blocks from campus.
