Marshall Street Love
There are lots of options if you want to eat off campus! Marshall Street has lots of college food hangouts, and Armory Square restaurants are just a block away. Pastabilities is AMAZING. Sliders is a good place to get a late-night burger after going out.

Depends on Where You End up
Some dorms, like Ernie Davis, are really nice, modern, and in the middle of everything. Other dorms, like Sadler, Lawrinson, and BBB are far away from everything. Going out is a pain when it's freezing cold and you have to hike across campus to the parties. Living in South Campus apartments is nice because you have a kitchen and your own bathroom, but taking a bus to and from class can be annoying.

AWFUL.
Based on my experience, parking at Syracuse is TERRIBLE. They overcharge for passes and give out tickets if you're a minute late. To get a parking pass for guests, you have to go all the way out to South Campus. Overall, Syracuse makes parking as inconvenient as possible.
