ACT Superscore? Does Chapman superscore the ACT? My first ACT test I got:

Composite : 27

English- 32

Math- 27

Reading- 26

Science-24

On my second test I got:

Composite: 27

English- 26

Math-25

Reading-29

Science- 29.

So do they look at the best from each test date? How do my scores look?

yes they'll superscore it

Yes. Your scores look fine. It really depend on your major, but Chapman isn't really looking for the topnotch people. They look for the ones who are interested in their respective fields and keep on working! Work ethic is important here.

GPA on common app

If I am applying early to Chapman, is a combination of my freshman-senior 1st quarter grade? Or just 10th and 11th?

I think they only look at 10th-12th first quarter. Not sure though

it's your total GPA from Freshman year until your first semester Senior year

I'm pretty sure they access based upon your academic performance in all four years. With that being said, I had two terrible math grades that didn't stop me from being accepted.

Thank you for the responses! I currently have about a 3.4 average because I slacked my sophomore year, but I remediated all of the classes I received C's in this summer and now have an A in those three classes. I wanted to make sure that Chapman would see my academic improvement my senior year (2 AP's 1 honors) and that it would be calculated in my final GPA. Any thoughts?
