Early Decision vs Regular Decision

If I apply early decision to Georgetown how much do they relax the requirements in comparison to regular decisions. My GPA is a decent 3.84, my SAT CR is a 740, but my math is a 560. It'll probably be up to a 600-620 on the test I get back in a month. I just want to know if they relax their standards at all.

I would say that Early Action (not decision) is harder than regular decision because it is early action. However, you have nothing to lose by applying early as they don't reject people early, the worst that can happen is you get deferred.

My Math score was 780, but my CR score was in the high 500s. Take the subject tests! I think that they REALLY helped with my chances of getting into this school.

xWhich tests did you take? I've taken a bunch of APs, so some of the SATs are redundant...

I believe that ED is somewhat more relaxed in comparison to RD. Not sure if it'll be enough to excuse that low SAT math score, unfortunately.

Wash U is probably your best bet for admission and Scholarship.

WashU is extremely competitive no matter when you apply, so you shouldn't attempt to get around admissions standards by applying early.
