DRINK UP – I am not a party person, but definitely have friends who are. You usually do not see someone drinking on campus. We have occasional bag checks. Peer pressure is not a worry. People do ask you continuously and invite you to go and drink and party, but people respect you if you don't. It's a great atmosphere. I've gotten tipsy but not drunk, and people understand when you want to stop and not drink. Of course there is hard core partying.
OFF CAMPUS – I have no idea. I am going to try and live on campus all four years. Overall there are alot of options. The rent is usually starting in the 800's and up. You definitely need a car to be able to get to your house and to school
The City – Regis University is only 15 minutes from Denver's downtown district. We are minutes away from the city zoo, aquarium, and amusement park. Cultural events are great and easy to get to if you take bus. Safety around Regis is pretty good although we are on Federal Blvd. (kinda sketch). Shopping and Malls are only possible by car or bus. Sport and recreation is pretty easy if you have friends who go up to the mountains or you can go on a school planned trip skiing, hiking, or rafting and other awesome activities. The local attitude toward the students is very great. Students at Regis are recognized prominently!
