how is the nursing major here and how impacted is it?

to be honest with you i have no idea. i have heard good about the nursing program but because its not of my interes i dont have much information on that

It is one of the best schools for nursing. It is the most impacted major at csulb.

The nursing major is one of the best nursing programs but it is extremely impacted and the waitlist is very long.

how is the nursing major here? what about full ride scholarships?

to get into the nursing program at northridge, you would need to first either be an RN or take the RN to BSN program.

wow, thanks!

This campus does not have nursing program, but they offer the students similar courses for nursing major. There are some students with a full ride scholarships.

nursing is good, they have a good nursing program, full ride scholarships yes maybe if you are in some sport

There is no nursing major here at CSUN. You would need to do a program at a junior college before transferring to CSUN and getting your BSN in Nursing. All scholarships depend on your financial situation and academic background.

is the nursing b.s program good? and will the degree/licensing work in california?

Yes and yes.

The nursing program is very good at unlv but very competitive. I believe the licensing will work in california but I'm not completely sure.

I have heard good things about our medicine, nursing, prenursing programs. I have not experienced it myself, nor have I stepped to that realm of education. However, I believe they are going to apply differential tuition to the Nursing program.

for bachelors of science in nursing can i enroll as a freshman or must me a rn?

No, must have 60 transferable units with a 2.0 gpa or better.

It depends. There are programs that require you to be an rn already and have work experience and then there are programs that you do not need to be an rn yet. You just have to find the right one.
